Terms and conditions
Valid for purchases in the e-shop anglerstore.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Shop)
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules and conditions of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and Fgidai.lt MB (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when purchasing goods in the Store.
1.2. Buyer – a natural person (consumer) or a legal entity purchasing goods in the Store. A consumer is a natural person purchasing for purposes other than business or profession.
1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Rules and agrees to abide by them.
1.4. The Seller has the right to change the Rules at any time. The Buyer is subject to the version of the Rules valid at the time of placing the order.
1.5. Goods in the Store are sold and delivered within the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) if delivery is offered in the country selected at the time of placing the order.
1.6. By accepting the Rules, the Buyer guarantees that he/she is at least 18 years old or has the consent of his/her parents/guardians to purchase in the Store.

3. Product information, prices and taxes
3.1. The prices of goods in the Store are indicated in euros (EUR).
3.2. The price valid at the time of placing the order is included in the order confirmation.
3.3. The delivery cost and other applicable fees (if applicable) are provided to the Buyer prior to order confirmation.
3.4. If the Buyer purchases from a country where additional taxes may apply (e.g. local import taxes outside the EU/EEA), they are not included in the price of the goods. (If the Store does not deliver outside the EU/EEA, this point is considered not to apply.)
4. Placing an order and concluding a contract
4.1. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer:
- forms a shopping cart,
- indicates delivery details,
- chooses the delivery and payment method,
- confirms the order by clicking the "Pay", "Confirm order" or similar button.
4.2. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, etc.).
4.3. The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer to clarify the order.
5. Payment
5.1. Payments are accepted through the Paysera payment system (e.g. e-banking, bank card, bank transfer and other methods offered by Paysera, if activated).
5.2. The order will only be processed upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise expressly stated in the Store).
5.3. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
5.4. A VAT invoice is issued and provided to the Buyer by e-mail after payment confirmation or together with the product. The Buyer must provide correct details for the invoice at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
6.1. Goods are delivered using the services of a parcel broker/carrier, including Siųsk24 and/or its partners (couriers, parcel machines, etc.). Specific delivery methods are provided at the time of ordering.
6.2. The estimated delivery time is specified at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the country, carrier, and product availability. If a different delivery time is specified for the product, that time will apply.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods. If the goods are delivered to a parcel machine/collection point, the Buyer must collect them within the deadline set by the carrier.
6.4. If the shipment is visibly damaged during delivery, the Buyer should, to the extent possible, document this (photographs) and immediately inform the Seller by e-mail.
6.5. Transfer of risk: The risk of accidental damage to or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Buyer (or the person indicated by him) actually receives the goods. If the Buyer chooses a carrier not offered by the Seller, the risk may pass from the moment the goods are handed over to that carrier.
Delivery of goods in Lithuania
- We offer optional delivery of goods:
1. We can deliver large shipments to your chosen address in Lithuania ("door to door").
2. Standard-sized packages up to W38xH39xL64 and 20kg to the selected courier parcel machine. - Free delivery in Lithuania applies to purchases of goods for 50 EUR or more. (Except Curonian Spit)
- The goods are delivered via the option chosen by the buyer.
- We will deliver the goods to the address you specified throughout Lithuania.
- Before delivering the goods to your home, the courier will arrange a convenient delivery time for you.
- Delivery fee for goods (when the order amount is less than 50Eur):
Home delivery of non-standard sized goods – up to 20kg from €10 (except for the Curonian Spit, where the price is negotiated separately by contacting us). The price will be adjusted at the time of payment.
Delivery of standard parcels to a terminal/postal machine – up to 20kg from €2.46 (except for the Curonian Spit, where the price is negotiated separately by contacting us). The price will be adjusted at the time of payment.
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
- Shipping to European countries can be arranged separately by contacting us.
- Pick-up of goods at the Liepų Fishing Center store in Klaipėda, at Liepų g.64, is free of charge.
Delivery of goods to Latvia
- We offer optional delivery of goods:
1. We can deliver large shipments to your chosen address in Latvia ("door to door").
2. Standard-sized packages up to W38xH39xL64 and 20kg to the selected courier parcel machine. - Free shipping in Lithuania applies to purchases of goods for 100 EUR or more.
- The goods are delivered via the option chosen by the buyer.
- We will deliver the goods to the address you provided throughout Latvia.
- Before delivering the goods to your home, the courier will arrange a convenient delivery time for you.
- Delivery fee for goods (when the order amount is less than 100Eur):
Delivery of non-standard sized goods to your home – up to 20kg from 12€. The price will be
specified at the time of payment.
Standard shipment delivery to the terminal/postal machine – up to 20kg from 6€. The price will be adjusted at the time of payment.

Delivery of goods to Estonia
- We offer optional delivery of goods:

Delivery of goods to Germany

Delivery of goods to other EU countries

- We will deliver the goods to the address you specified throughout Lithuania.

Delivery of standard parcels to the terminal/postal machine – up to 20kg The price will be adjusted at the time of payment.

7. Quality of goods, guarantees and defects
7.1. The Seller undertakes to provide goods that correspond to the description in the Store. The photos of the goods are for illustrative purposes only (there may be slight differences in shades, packaging, etc.).
7.2. If the product sold is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it is valid under the conditions set by the manufacturer.
7.3. If a defect in the goods (a poor-quality good) is detected, the Buyer has the right to demand remedies provided for in legal acts (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract), if applicable to the situation.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days) – for consumers
8.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
8.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must submit a clear notification to the Seller by e-mail (to the contacts specified in clause 8.5), indicating the order number, the goods to be returned and their contact details.
8.3. The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.
8.4. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from actions that are not necessary to view the goods in the same way as in a physical store.

9. Return conditions and costs
9.1. The returned item must be:
- unused (as far as this can be assessed based on the nature of the product),
- unspoiled,
- in the original, undamaged packaging (if the packaging is part of the product or is necessary for its protection),
- with all accessories and complete set (if applicable).
9.2. Return costs (return shipping) are usually paid by the Consumer, except in cases where a defective product is returned or the wrong product was delivered.
9.3. The Seller shall refund to the Consumer the amount paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery (the cheapest regular delivery offered by the Seller), if applicable, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
9.4. The Seller may withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the Consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back (whichever occurs first).
9.5. The money is refunded using the same payment method used by the User, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Exceptions where the right of withdrawal may not apply
10.1. The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days may not apply in cases provided for by law, including (but not limited to):
a) goods that have been unpacked and are unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons;
(b) goods which have clearly been used in a way that they can no longer be considered merely "examined";
c) in other cases provided for in Lithuanian and EU legal acts.
10.2. If the Store sells goods that are subject to specific exceptions due to their nature (e.g. sealed hygiene products), this may be additionally indicated in the product descriptions.
11. Responsibility
11.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for the security of the login data (if creating an account).
11.2. The Seller is not liable for losses incurred due to the Buyer's failure to familiarize themselves with the Rules and/or other documents provided in the Store.
11.3. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties (e.g. Paysera, carriers) to the extent that this does not contradict legal acts, but if necessary, helps resolve situations according to reasonableness criteria.
12. Protection of personal data
12.1. The buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes of selling goods, payment, delivery, customer service and fulfillment of legal obligations.
12.2. More detailed information about data processing is provided in the Store's "Privacy Policy" document (GDPR).
13. Intellectual property
13.1. All content in the Store (trademarks, logos, texts, photos, designs, etc.) is protected by law and may not be copied or used without the Seller's consent, except for exceptions provided for in law.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. Disagreements are resolved through negotiations, with the Buyer contacting the Seller by e-mail.
14.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (SCPS) or to the court in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

15. Final provisions
15.1. These Rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania, to the extent that it does not conflict with mandatory consumer rights norms in the jurisdiction of the Buyer's country of residence (if applicable).
15.2. If any provision of the Rules is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
15.3. The Rules come into force from the date of their publication in the Store.
